His flagship programs like Code Vidya and HerHygiene have impacted thousands of lives across the Madhubani district and beyond.

Championing the cause of women across rural Bihar, Dr. Shekhar leads our HerHygiene and tailoring initiatives, ensuring women have the tools and knowledge to lead dignified lives. Her compassionate leadership continues to inspire communities and support the foundation's mission of creating a more equitable society.

Dr. Gautam Kumar brings decades of academic leadership to the foundation. His work ensures that the pedagogical approaches used in our labs and schools are research-backed and effective. He champions the integration of modern technology with traditional learning values.

Mr. Suman Vats is a notable figure in the educational sector as a Trustee of KCS Foundation and the Director of Vidya Vatika Public Schools. He has been working towards providing quality education to students and supporting their holistic development. With his leadership skills and commitment towards education, he has been instrumental in the growth and success of Vidya Vatika Public Schools.

Raj Rana brings international teaching experience from Dubai to the foundation's STEM programs. Her mentorship has inspired numerous students to pursue careers in science and engineering, breaking barriers and opening new horizons in rural communities.

Aditya Kotibhaskar leverages his global financial expertise to secure funding and forge international partnerships. His strategic vision helps the foundation achieve sustainable growth and maximize its social impact on a global scale.

Akshita Jha founded HerHygiene as a youth changemaker project that grew into one of KCS Foundation's flagship programs. As a biomedical engineering student, she brings scientific rigour to health outreach initiatives and advocates for women's health in rural India.

Vaidehi Jha brings rigorous research methodology to KCS Foundation's impact assessment. Her work ensures programs are data-driven and continuously improved. She specialises in social equity and advocates for evidence-based policy in rural development.
