Scholarship Policy

1. Commitment to Accessibility

KCS Foundation is committed to accessibility. A limited number of partial and full fee waivers are available for students with demonstrated financial need. Scholarship decisions do not affect programme selection or evaluation.

2. Scholarship Levels

• 25% fee waiver — Partial waiver
• 50% fee waiver — Partial waiver
• 100% fee waiver — Full waiver

3. Application Process

Students may request a scholarship by submitting a scholarship application that includes the reason for financial assistance and supporting documents. Applications are reviewed by authorised KCS Foundation staff only.

4. Review Criteria

Scholarship decisions are based on demonstrated financial need, the student's commitment to the programme, and the availability of scholarship funds. Decisions are at the sole discretion of KCS Foundation.

5. Scholarship Statuses

• Draft — Application in progress
• Submitted — Application submitted for review
• Under Review — Being assessed by staff
• Additional Information Required — More documentation needed
• Approved — Full waiver granted
• Partially Approved — Partial waiver granted
• Declined — Waiver not granted
• Expired — Application expired without decision

6. Privacy

Scholarship decisions and supporting documents are visible only to authorised staff and the applicant's family. Scholarship information is never shared publicly.

7. No Public Coupons

KCS Foundation does not use public promotional coupons as a substitute for scholarships. All fee reductions are processed through the formal scholarship workflow.

8. Expiry

Approved scholarships have an expiry date. If the student does not enrol within the validity period, the scholarship may lapse. A new application may be required.
