Before mentor matching and programme commencement, you are eligible for a full programme-fee refund minus non-refundable payment-gateway charges, where legally permitted.
After commencement, refunds are based on undelivered programme stages. Completed sessions and delivered services are non-refundable.
Approved field expenses already committed are non-refundable. These include materials, equipment, trainer fees, travel and venue costs that have been contracted or purchased.
If KCS Foundation cancels an undelivered service, the family may receive a refund or programme transfer at their option.
Admission, award, scholarship, media or university outcomes are never guaranteed and are not grounds for a refund. KCS Foundation does not guarantee admission to any university, selection for any award, scholarship, media coverage or other external recognition.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@kcsf.in. All requests are reviewed and documented. Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
If a student withdraws during an instalment plan, the remaining instalments are cancelled. Any undelivered programme stages may be refunded per section 2. Already-delivered stages and committed field expenses are non-refundable.
The final refund policy must be reviewed by KCS Foundation's legal and accounting advisers before live payments are enabled.
