Programme Delivery Policy

1. Service Fulfilment

Each programme service is considered delivered when the specific milestone or session has been completed and documented. The following services have defined fulfilment points:

• Mentor sessions: Delivered when the session is conducted and attendance is recorded.
• Project concept note: Delivered when the written document is shared with the student.
• Field feasibility assessment: Delivered when the assessment report is completed.
• Progress reports: Delivered when the report is shared with the student and parent.
• Project dashboard: Delivered when access is provided and the dashboard is live.
• Award-readiness assessment: Delivered when the assessment document is shared.
• Final portfolio: Delivered when the portfolio document is shared.

2. Session Scheduling

Mentor sessions are scheduled in advance. Sessions must be attended at the scheduled time. Missed sessions without 24-hour notice may be counted as delivered. Rescheduling is subject to mentor availability.

3. Programme Duration

Programme durations are fixed: Design Sprint (6 weeks), Guided Launch (6 months), Impact Builder (12 months), Legacy Changemaker (18 months). Extensions may be granted in exceptional circumstances at KCS Foundation's discretion.

4. Field Coordination

Field coordination includes arranging local teams, coordinating with beneficiaries, and monitoring on-ground activities. Field coordination does not include the cost of field implementation, which is assessed and billed separately.

5. Documentation and Evidence

Progress reports, photos and documentary evidence are provided where available and where consent permits. KCS Foundation does not guarantee specific media outcomes.

6. Certificates

Certificates are issued subject to completed work and verified participation. A certificate is not guaranteed by enrolment or payment alone.
