The Programme Support Fee covers mentorship, programme management, field coordination, monitoring and reporting. Costs for materials, equipment, local trainers, travel, venue, beneficiary activities and other field requirements are assessed separately after feasibility review.

KCS Foundation provides mentoring, feedback, evidence organisation and application review. The student must prepare and submit their own application. Selection is controlled entirely by the respective award organisation.
KCS Foundation is committed to accessibility. A limited number of partial and full fee waivers are available for students with demonstrated financial need. Scholarship decisions do not affect programme selection or evaluation.
