KCS Foundation (KCSF) believes that positive change knows no borders. Students from any country — USA, UK, UAE, Canada, Australia, Singapore, Germany, Japan, or anywhere on the globe — can partner with us to design and implement real social impact projects in rural Bihar, India. We are not a gap year program or a tourist volunteering experience. We are a serious NGO with a serious track record, and we take student partnerships seriously.
Thousands of South Asian families living in the UAE have deep roots in Bihar, India. KCS Foundation offers students in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and across the UAE a unique opportunity to invest in the communities their families came from — or to engage in India's most underserved region as globally minded young leaders. Many UAE-based Indian students are applying to US, UK, Canadian and Australian universities and need strong extracurriculars. A KCS Foundation project is the most powerful option available.

Yes. Collaborative international projects are welcome and actually demonstrate exceptional cross-cultural teamwork. Each student receives individual documentation of their specific role.
Students aged 14 and above can engage in remote partnerships. On-ground visits in Bihar, India are recommended for students 16 and above.
